SnakeSeal Original is a ready-to-use, fast-drying liquid membrane designed for superior surface protection. This mold-resistant elastomeric coating can be applied to a wide range of agricultural, commercial, industrial, and residential surfaces, providing a durable protective barrier.
SnakeSeal Original is ideal for a variety of surfaces such as coating concrete, wood, steel, and aluminum, offering exceptional abrasion resistance while waterproofing and safeguarding surfaces and materials against wear and damage.

ABRASION RESISTANCE
SnakeSeal has been rigorously tested for its exceptional abrasion resistance, showing a minimal wear of only 18.5 mg per 1,000 cycles (ASTM D4060), demonstrating its long-lasting durability even under intense use.
VAPOUR BARRIER
SnakeSeal serves as an effective vapour barrier, achieving a low permeability rating of just 0.08 perms at a 20-mil wet film thickness (ASTM E96). This makes it an ideal solution for moisture control and enhanced protection against water infiltration.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
SnakeSeal is tested for resistance to a wide variety of residential and industrial-grade chemicals and cleaning products (ASTM D3023). This ensures the coating remains durable and maintains its properties.
CERTIFIED LOW-SLIP
SnakeSeal provides a certified low-slip finish, ensuring safety in both dry and wet conditions. This makes it an ideal solution for high-risk floor surfaces, meeting ASTM E303 standards for slip resistance.
APPLICATION
SnakeSeal Original is a high-viscosity, transparent liquid coating that applies effortlessly using an airless paint spray system. Designed for versatile application, SnakeSeal Original can be used on horizontal, vertical, angled surfaces, and even ceilings, with a recommended wet film thickness (WFT) of up to 30 mils per coat. Its ease of application and coverage make it a practical solution for a wide range of surfaces.
