SnakeSeal Self-Leveling is a ready-to-use, fast-drying liquid membrane designed for ease of application. This elastomeric coating, specially developed for flooring, can be used across agricultural, commercial, industrial, and residential buildings to provide durable, long-lasting protection.

ABRASION RESISTANCE
SnakeSeal has been rigorously tested for its exceptional abrasion resistance, showing a minimal wear of only 18.5 mg per 1,000 cycles (ASTM D4060), demonstrating its long-lasting durability even under intense use.
VAPOUR BARRIER
SnakeSeal serves as an effective vapour barrier, achieving a low permeability rating of just 0.08 perms at a 20-mil wet film thickness (ASTM E96). This makes it an ideal solution for moisture control and enhanced protection against water infiltration.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
SnakeSeal is tested for resistance to a wide variety of residential and industrial-grade chemicals and cleaning products (ASTM D3023). This ensures the coating remains durable and maintains its properties.
CERTIFIED LOW-SLIP
SnakeSeal provides a certified low-slip finish, ensuring safety in both dry and wet conditions. This makes it an ideal solution for high-risk floor surfaces, meeting ASTM E303 standards for slip resistance.
APPLICATION
SnakeSeal Self-Leveling is a white, high-viscosity liquid coating that is easily applied with an airless paint pump, or any other application tool for floor-coating products. SnakeSeal Self-Leveling can be applied to horizontal (or low-slope) surfaces at a recommended total thickness of 10 dry mils (DFT) in one to two coats.
